Due to pre-sale demand, Tame Impala has added extra dates to the UK and European leg of the Deadbeat Tour next year.

Kevin Parker and Co. will double up at Manchester's Co-op Live on May 29, the day after their previously scheduled show, and play a third night at London's O2 Arena on June 3, following their performances at the venue on June 1 and 2.

The Australian singer-songwriter and his band have also confirmed a third date at Rotterdam Ahoy on June 9 and a second night at Cologne's Lanxess Arena on June 18, either side of their two shows at Paris' Accor Arena on June 12 and 13.

The shows are all in-the-round, with a 360° stage set-up in the centre of the crowd, while support throughout the run will come from Wet Leg. Tickets for all shows, except Paris, go on general sale at 9am BST/10am CEST tomorrow (August 28). Paris will go on general sale at 9am BST/10am CEST on September 2.

The tour will also head to Open'er Festival in Poland on June 30, Belgium's Rock Werchter on July 4 and NOS Alive in Portugal on July 10. 

Tame Impala kicked off the summer North American leg of the tour last month and will perform in Minneapolis tomorrow (August 28), with dates continuing through to mid-September. They'll then head to arenas across Australia in October. 

The tour's title comes from Tame Impala's latest album, 'Deadbeat', which was released last October and won Best Dance/Electronic Recording at the 68th annual Grammy Awards ceremony earlier this year.
